I hope there will be enough underground parking stalls at this new mall. Where w=exactly is the location?

I don’t know what Ethiopian architects and city hall engineers are smoking, but all of the buildings in Addis don’t have underground parking. It is a nightmare to find parking spots when visiting buildings.

How can people go to the mall when there is no parking??? This new “mall” is 17 stories. Malls we know in America are not stories, rather a huge ground floor collections of shops.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE think about parking!!!
