Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn is expected to hold talks with President John Dramani Mahama and also visit the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Center (KAIPTC) where he would sign a cooperation agreement between Ethiopia and the Center.

The Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Hailemariam Desalegn, has arrived in Accra for a three-day state visit.

Accompanied by his wife, Roman Tesfaye and other government officials, the Ethiopian Prime Minister was received by the Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur at the Jubilee Lounge of the Kotoka International Airport.

Prime Minister Desalegn is expected to hold talks with President John Dramani Mahama and also visit the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Center (KAIPTC) where he would sign a cooperation agreement between Ethiopia and the Center.

The visiting Prime Minister will tour a cocoa processing company in Tema and visit Akosombo, a town in the south of Ghana.

The Ethiopian leader will also lay a wreath at the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum and address a joint press conference with President John Dramani.
